电磁阀开启过程动态响应特性有限元仿真研究

摘    要:军工、汽车等行业对电磁阀的动态特性各项指标要求越来越高,而设计和开发快速、精确的电磁阀动态特性测试系统成本高、难度大。利用有限元方法,通过计算机仿真实现了对电磁阀设计方案的动态性能的预测与评估。首先,采用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立了某电磁阀的二维电磁场有限元仿真模型,计算电磁阀开启过程的动态响应特性,得到了其工作电流曲线等各种动态特性曲线。最后,进行变参数化设计,进一步研究了初始间隙、驱动电压、线圈匝数等参数对电磁阀开启过程动态响应特性的影响。结果表明,基于Maxwell的电磁阀动态特性有限元仿真能够在计算机上实现电磁阀开启过程动态特性的快速预测并分析评估电磁阀的各个主要设计因素对其动态响应的影响。

Abstract:Some industries such as military industry and car industry require higher and higher dynamic characteristics in-dex of a solenoid valve.However, it is expensive and difficult to design and develop a fast and accurate test system of dynamic characteristics for solenoid valves.Prediction and evaluation of dynamic characteristics of solenoid valves by com-puter simulation are realized with finite element method in this paper. Firstly, a finite element simulation model of two-dimensional electromagnetic field of a solenoid valve is established by Ansoft Maxwell software.All kinds of dynam-ic characteristic curves can be obtained by calculating the dynamic response characteristics of the magnetic valve in the opening process, such as working current curve.Finally, the effect of different parameters, such as initial gap, driving voltage and turns per coil,on dynamic response characteristics is further studied in the opening process of the magnetic valve.The result shows the finite element simulation of dynamic characteristics of solenoid valves based on Maxwell can realize fast prediction of the dynamic characteristics in the opening process of solenoid valves.Besides,the finite element simulation can help to analyze and evaluate the dynamic response effect of each key design factor.
