摘    要:海马区作为参与大脑中枢神经系统中记忆与学习的重要器官,在研究阿兹海默病的过程中对海马区的成像成为关注之一。通过采用超声中心频率为30MHz换能器的高分辨率小动物超声仪对活体小鼠和离体小鼠脑部的海马区进行成像,获得对应的二维超声图,并使用MATLAB以及相应软件对采集到的数据进行三维超声图像的重建。结果显示无论二维或是重建后的三维都能较好的显示出脑部海马区的位置,从而为阿尔茨海默病的检测研究奠定了一定基础。

Abstract:The hippocampus as an important organ involved in learning and memory in the brain central nervous sys-tem, imaging of the hippocampus has become the focus of in the process of research on Alzheimer’s disease. In this paper, imaging of vivo mice and isolated mouse brain hippocampal through the use of ultrasound center frequency of 30MHz transducer high resolution small animal ultrasonography and using Matlab and the corresponding software for da-ta collection to reconstruct three-dimensional ultrasound images. The results show a relatively good position in the hip-pocampus of the brain,which laid the foundation for the detection of Alzheimer's disease.
