固液两相磨粒流研抛变口径管的数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了探讨磨粒流对变口径类零件的抛光效果的影响,以变口径管零件为研究对象,选用固液两相磨粒流,对磨粒流抛光变口径管零件的加工过程进行数值模拟研究,分析了不同磨料浓度和不同入口压力条件下,变口径管零件内磨粒流的静态压力、动态压力、速度、湍流强度、湍流动能、湍流粘度的分布情况。通过对比分析,研究分析了磨粒流抛光变口径管零件的有效性,可为促进磨粒流超精密加工技术的不断改善提供理论依据,使工件疲劳强度得到改善,增强工件的可靠性,延长工件的使用寿命。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of abrasive flow on the polishing effect of variable diameter parts, the variable diameter pipe parts were selected as the object of research, the numerical simulation study on the machining process of the abrasive pipe is carried out with solid-liquid two-phase abrasive flow. Static pressure,dynamic pressure, velocity, turbulence intensity, turbulent kinetic energy, and turbulence viscosity distribution of abrasive flow in variable caliber parts were studied under the condition of different abrasive concentration and different inlet pressure. Through comparative analysis, the effectiveness of the abrasive flow in variable caliber parts was analyzed, which can provide the theoretical basis for the continuous improvement of the ultrafine precision processing technology, so that the work-piece fatigue strength was improved, the reliability of the workpiece was enhanced, and the service life of the work-piece was extend.
