聚苯乙烯微球二维胶体掩膜的制备及在太阳能电池吸收层的应用

摘    要:为了将二维有序的纳米线阵列应用到太阳能电池的吸收层,用自沉降法在硅片上自组装聚苯乙烯球(PS球)的二维胶体掩膜,分析二维胶体掩膜产生缺陷的原因并对成膜质量进行优化。制备过程中依次改变十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)溶液的浓度和用量以及小球溶液中水和酒精的配比,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)图像进行观察。根据实验现象分析聚苯乙烯小球掩膜紧密度的变化规律,结果表明,在去离子水中滴加0.3ml浓度为5wt%的水和酒精配比为1∶1的小球溶液和2ml浓度为6wt%的SDS溶液得到有序的二维胶体掩膜。

Abstract:In order to fabricate two-dimensional ordered nanowire arrays applied to the absorption layer in solar cells, two-dimensional colloidal spheres of polystyrene on a silicon wafer was manufactured by the method of self –assem-bly;the cause of defects of two-dimensional colloidal mask was analyzed and then the film quality was optimized. In the preparation process,the concentration and dosage of twelve alkyl sodium sulfate(SDS)solution and the ratio of water and alcohol in the solution of polystyrene spheres were changed successively,and images were observed by scan-ning electron microscope(SEM). According to the phenomena of experiment,the change law of polystyrene sphere mask was analyzed. The results show that drop 0.3ml solution of polystyrene spheres of the concentration of 5wt% which the ratio of water and alcohol is 1:1 and 2ml solution of SDS with 6wt% concentration in deionized water is more ideal.
