扭振法测弹体转动惯量的误差分析

摘    要:扭振法是测量弹体转动惯量的有效方法,其误差分析是关键。针对传统推导误差的局限性,推导了扭振法误差分析的准确公式,得到托盘转动惯量J0,标准件转动惯量Js和被测件转动惯量Jd之间的比例关系对误差的影响,并进行了算例分析,结果表明,托盘的转动惯量应满足JD0max0.3J0,被测件的转动惯量应满足Jd>Js,这对弹体转动惯量的测量具有实际意义。

Abstract:The torsional vibration method is an effective method to measure bullet rotary inertia,the key of which is the cor-responding error analysis.Aiming to the limitation of traditional error deduction,the accurate formula of error analysis of torsional vibration method was deduced,the influences of the proportion relations among the rotary inertia of trayJ0,stan-dard partJs and tested partJd on the error were obtained,and the calculation examples were given.The result shows that rotary inertia of tray should meetJ0max < 3.3Jd,the standard part should meetJs>0.3J0 and the tested partJd>Js,which have practical significance to the measurement of pullet rotary inertia.
