| 摘 要： | 为了满足人们对远程目标的自动监控报警、现场视频图像记录和回放分析的需求，本文提出了一种基于3G网络的远程多功能高清视频监控系统。该系统融合了高分辨率数字图像采集压缩、存储技术，3G网络传输技术，多探测器入侵报警探测技术和远程网络控制技术。该系统已在通信光纤安全无线视频监控方面得到实际应用，实现了一个监控中心对多监控终端的监控应用系统，做到了人力和物力资源的充分利用。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the automatic monitoring alarm remote destination and the demand for live video image re-cording and playback,so a remote multi-function and high-definition video surveillance system based on 3G network is presented in this paper. The system incorporates a high-resolution digital image acquisition,compression,storage tech-nology, 3G network transmission technology, multi-detector intrusion alarm detection technology and remote network control technology. The system has been used in the practical application of communication optical fiber secure wireless video surveillance,a monitoring center monitoring applications on multi-monitor terminal,so that the human and mate-rial resources are fully utilized. |
