基于AMESim的履带车辆底盘液压系统虚拟试验台模型开发

摘    要:通过对某履带车辆底盘液压系统工作原理的分析,利用仿真软件AMESim开发了虚拟液压系统试验台仿真模型,拟用该系统模拟液压系统在试验台环境下的压力,流量等工作状态量,并将其用于模型调用和各状态量的优化设计工作.其中部分部件通过局部仿真,选用功能模型替换详细模型,通过模型替换,可以大大减小主系统模型的计算量.

Abstract:According to the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic chassis system of a certain tracked vehi-cle,a simulation model of the virtual hydraulic test platform system used to simulate the state parameter such as pres-sure and flow rate in the platform environment has been develop by AMESim. The model is also used to optimize the model innovation and design of the condition parameters. As a result showed in the simulation of some parts in the hy-draulic system,the detailed models used in the system can be replaced by functional models. In addition,by replacing, the computation of the main system model can greatly be reduced.
