激光血管成形术中荧光光谱技术的应用性研究

摘    要:在激光血管成型术中用光谱技术进行诊断定位是八十年代中期开始的一项较新的研究课题,目前较为集中地研究血管的激光荧光光谱.我们用普通氙灯355nm波长和YAG三倍频(355nm)激光作为激发光源进行了血管荧光光谱的实验研究,结果表明1.普通光源的血管荧光光谱与激光的血管荧光光谱相似,并由此提出用普通氙灯进行血管疾病光谱诊断的方法.2.激发波长为355nm时,在396nm和450nm处的相对荧光强度与血管内膜的成分有关,能够鉴别正常血管和异常血管,可以成分光谱诊断的依据.这方面的研究国内未见详细报道.

Abstract:Fluorescence spectroscopy (whether laser-induced or general light induced) can discriminate atherosclerotic plaque from normal arteries and may thus potentially guide laser angioplasty. The internal surface of isolated arteries with or without atherosclerosis is irradiated with the light of wavelength 355nm and the peak intensity of the emitted fluorescence spectrum at 396 nm is related to the composition of the arterial wall. The difference of the peak intensity between about 396nm and 450nm at the excitation wavelength 355nm can be used to diagnose the arterial diseases.
