滴流床中三叶草催化剂的流体力学性能

摘    要:建立了一套测定滴流床反应器中催化剂流体力学性能的装置.在此装置中对我院化工研究所研制的FX-01三叶草形催化剂,利用计算机数据采集系统,进行了床层压降及液体持液量的测定;系统研究了滴流床中当气-液两相流动处于滴流区和脉冲区时,两相流量大小对其流体力学性能的影响,得到对实际生产过程具有指导意义的结果.

Abstract:A trickle bed reactor experimental setup was developed to study thehydrodynamics of catalystic bed with concurrent downward gas-liquid flow. The bedpressure drop and liquid holdup of FX-01 catalyst with three-lobed extrudate shapepacked bed were measured by using computer A/D system. In trickle flow and pulsedflow regime, the influence of gas flux and liquid flux were researched systematicallyand instrnctive results were obtained.
