中孔分子筛MCM-48的合成研究

摘    要:本文比较系统地考察了模板剂用量,水用量,晶化时间,晶化温度等因素对合成中孔分子筛MCM-48的影响,并对Si-MCM-48的合成过程铝原子的引入作了初步探索,通过XRD,IRTG-DTA等测试手段对产物进行了表征。

Abstract:Mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-48 was prepared hydrothermally with CTAB, NaOH, TEOS as raw materials. The effects of CTAB. H20, the crystallization time and the crystallization temperature on synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieve MCM- 48 were studied in detail. Further more. the synthesis of Al- Si- MCM- 48 was also studied with aluminum being the source. Characterization results obtained from the determination of XRD. JR spectrum and TG- DTA showed that the products possessed similar structure properties to those reported in literatures. At last, four conclusions were obtained.
