| 摘 要： | 在水利水电工程监理中,业主—承包商、业主—监理方的关系存在委托—代理关系.运用委托—代理关系理论,从权责配置、监理主体、争端调解、激励机制等方面对监理制度进行分析,提出进一步完善水利水电工程监理法规,培育监理市场主体,提高监理单位素质等进一步完善水利水电工程监理制度的对策.

| Abstract: | The principal-agent relationship, such as owner-contractor and owner-supervision, is the very important party relation in water conservancy and hydropower engineering supervision. According to the principal-agent theory, the supervision system in water conservancy and hydropower engineering is discussed, including accrual configuration, supervision subject, dispute mediation and incentive mechanism and so on. Some countermeasures for perfecting the system is also put forward, to further improve supervision effectiveness. |
