| 摘 要： | 城市是各地政治，经济，文化和交通的中心，城市防洪规划中除了重视河道拓滩，堤防等防洪工程措施外；还应对现有水库的防汛优化调度进行研究；以节省工程投资，降低防洪风险，另外，为有利于城区排涝。除了城区内部的河道整治外，还应重视城区河网水面率的研究。

| Abstract: | Municipality is considered to be the center of politics,economy,culture and transportation.The urban flood control planning pays great attention to the optimization regulation for the existing reservoir in addition to flood control engineering measures such as river dredging and embankment so as to save project cost and lessen flood control risk.The water surface rate of river in the urban area should also be investigated as well as the river regulation within urban area. |
