现代城市住宅区邻里交往空间环境设计探讨

随着现代城市住宅区邻里交往模式的转变，城市住宅区邻里交往出现交往空间缺乏细部设计、交往空间环境过渡景观化、交往空间盲目开发水景、交往空间对城市空间的封闭、交往空间中青年人参与性弱等问题，进而提出现代城市住宅区交往空间环境设计适宜性营造的观点，并根据此观点提出强化地域适宜性、行为适宜性及识别适宜性三条设计对策，为现代住宅区的邻里交往空间设计提供参考．

Space Environment Design of Residential Areas in Modern Cities

In view of neighborhood communication pattern transformation, the current problems on communicating space existing in residential districts in modem cities are analyzed in the paper, concerning about the detailed space design, landscape beautification, waterscape development, and youth participation as well. The concept of ＂suitability＂ is also introduced in the paper in space environment design for neighborhood communication in modem city inhabitant areas. Three design countermeasures on the basis of region suitability, behavior suitability and recognition suitability are proposed to be the reference for neighborhood communication space design in residential districts in the modem cities.
