| 摘 要： | 衢州市衢江区经常形成山洪、泥石流、滑坡等灾害．应合理划分山洪风险区域，正确处理避灾与治理关系，进一步加强防灾减灾体系建设，逐步建立和完善小流域山洪灾害的防御保障体系，减小暴雨洪水的灾害损失．

| Abstract: | The disasters caused by flash flood, landslide and debris are serious in Qujiang District, asking for rationally area dividing. The disaster-reduction system, as well as the disaster-defence system in small mountain torrent should be gradually established and perfectly improved in order to reduce the losses caused by heavy rains and flash flood. |
