摘    要:振动故障预测和诊断是保障水轮机安全运行的有效技术手段.根据水轮机常见振动故障特点,提出建立故障诊断专家系统,提高故障诊断的识别和故障部位的判断,结合状态监测检修系统对水轮机运行状态进行实时监测,对机组进行故障诊断和综合状态评估,从而判定是否需要维修、何时维修、维修部件和部位,并给出状态检修建议,为检修计划、失效与否提供依据.

Abstract:Being the core operation of hydropower equipment,the stable working conditions of the turbine have a great impact on the safe operation of the power generation system. Fault prediction and diagnosis of turbine vibration is one of the effective techniques to protect the safe operation of the turbine. The common characteristics of turbine vibration fault are illustrated in the paper,and the fault diagnosis expert system is suggested to estableish in order to improve the identification of fault diagnosis and trouble location. A comprehensive approach of troubleshooting and condition assessment for the unit is put forward,combined with the real-time operation monitoring by the turbine monitoring and maintenance system,in order to determine whether,when and where to repair with detailed overhaul proposals,which provides the basis for overhaul and replacement.
