| 摘 要： | 陈蔡水库是诸暨市的重要供水水源地.针对陈蔡水库水质下降、营养水平加重、突发水污染事件隐患存在的情况,提出采取库区污染源治理工程、水库水环境整治工程、水土保持工程、生态建设工程、水库及库区突发水污染事件防范工程、水库水体监测能力建设等工程措施,结合水库水源地保护的长效管理机制建设,确保清水入库和水库水源地水质安全.

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the hidden dangers of Chencai Reservoir, the important water source of Zhuji City, water quality, high water eutrophication and accidental water pollution. It points out that comprehensive should be taken into consideration combined with long-term administration system of water source to ensure the quality and safety of the water, including pollution management, water-soil conservation, ecological improvement, accidental pollution precautions and water monitoring. |
