杭嘉湖地区水资源核算试点研究初探

水资源核算对建立综合环境经济核算、完善现代水利统计体系和加强水资源统一管理具有重要意义.通过对浙江省杭嘉湖地区水资源的核算,完成了实物量供给使用表、排放账户、混合账户、资产账户、质量账户的编制,建议进一步完善水利统计制度,加强取水、排水、中间消耗的计量和监测,并建议数据采集分类进一步细化,以反映国民经济各行各业的水资源使用全过程.
