| 摘 要： | 通过对现有海涂水库调查基础上,分析了海涂水库库容利用率低、蓄水不足、抗旱与养鱼等造成缺水矛盾更加突出的影响因素,提出了海涂水库扩库增蓄,除险加固方案和实施办法。
