桐柏抽水蓄能电站DIA TECH监测和诊断系统

桐柏抽水蓄能电站安装了四台300 MW立轴单级混流可逆式水泵水轮机-发电电动机组.采用奥地利VATECH的DIA TECH监测和诊断系统.该系统针对水电机组的特点,能对多台水电机组的运行状况进行实时监测,并给出状态报告.由于桐柏抽水蓄能机组结构复杂,自动化程度高.一旦发生事故,轻则影响机组的正常运行,重则造成机组损坏,甚至影响华东电网的安全和稳定.加强对机组的监测,对重要参量进行及时分析,对有关性能指标进行及时评估,对机组故障进行及时预测预报、分析原因,具有重要的意义.桐柏抽水蓄能电站的DIA TECH监测和诊断系统自投产运行至今,运行情况良好.该系统所提供的各类状态报告及数据,为历年来机组的各级检修工作提供了重要的参考.

Introduction of DIA TECH Monitoring and Diagnosis System in TongBai Pump-storage Power Station

Due to the capacity increasing of hydroelectric generating unit,it seems more and more important to track and monitor the operating status of hydroelectric generating equipment in time in order to deal with the malfunction promptly and effectively.Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station is installed four groups of 300MW vertical single-stage mixed-flow reversible pump-turbine motor equipment.The DIA TECH monitoring and diagnosis of VA TECH,Austria is introduced and used in Tongbai,which can run real-time monitoring for several hydroelectric power units,offering status reports at the same time.Installed with complex and high-degree automation of pumped storage units,it may cause heavy damage to the power units in Tongbai Station if a malfunction happens,which may even affect the security and stability of East China Power Grid.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the monitoring of power units,to make a timely analysis of important parameters and to assess the performance indicators in time so as to predict possible malfunctions and to prevent the malfunctions.The DIA TECH has been proved perfect since it was used in Tongbai,playing a great role for its accurate status reports during monitoring to prevent the power units from repairing.
