三峡库区水质安全保障分区研究

随着三峡工程建成运行,三峡库区水功能区划的划分条件发生了深刻变化,虽然现有水功能区划对三峡库区的水资源保护还具有很强的指导意义,但自然、社会以及保护目标的变化,水域功能区划已不能完全满足库区当前水资源利用和保护的要求.通过分析三峡库区水质安全保障分区的概念和内涵,提出三峡库区水质安全保障分区的划分原则、划分指标和方法.

A study on water safety classification system in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

The water protection in Three Gorges Reservoir is becoming more and more important as a strat-egy water source. However,with the completion and running of the Three Gorges project,the hydro-condi-tion in this area has undergone profound changes. As the base of the water resource protection manage-ment,the water function classification system,despite its value as guidance,cannot fully meet the current reservoir water use and protection requirements,due to the changes in environment,society and the pro-tection target. Therefore,based on an analysis of the nature of water safety classification,this paper aims to develop a water safety classification system for Three Gorges Reservoir with newly proposed principles,in-dices and method.
