| 摘 要： | 黄泥埠水库除险加固工程因项目内容多,施工交叉及相互干扰大,施工关系复杂,计划工期短,质量要求高,施工的精心安排和进度的严格控制至关重要.通过采取一系列的进度控制措施,使工程在短短的195 d内全面完工,实现了在不足一个枯水期内提前完成计划工期目标,为其他病险水库的除险加固提供了参考.
