沙棘果采摘装置气吸输送系统的仿真分析

摘    要:国内沙棘果的采摘以人工传统剪枝采收果实的方法为主,对沙棘资源破坏巨大。本文研制了一款适用性强、操作简单、稳定可靠的气吸式沙棘采摘装置,在采摘装置机械系统设计的基础上,运用流场仿真分析软件FLUENT对采摘装置的气吸管道进行建模仿真,得到了气吸管道内气体压力云图及速度云图,确定了采摘沙棘果的最佳工作参数,对于气吸式沙棘采摘装置的进一步设计提供了指标参数依据。

Abstract:In China, the fruit picking of sea buckthorn is mainly by the traditional artificial pruning method, which has greatly damaged the resources of sea buckthorn. In this paper, an air-suction plucking device with strong applicability, simple operation, stable and reliable was developed. Based on the mechanical system design of the plucking device, the flow field simulation and analysis software FLUENT was used to model and simulate the plucking device's air pipe ways, and the gas pressure and velocity transformation diagram in the air pipe ways were obtained, and the optimal working parameters for plucking sea buckthorn fruit were determined. It provides the index parameter basis for the further design of air-suction sea buckthorn picking device.
