基于S7-300的PID闭环控制中的仿真

摘    要:针对西门子PLC S7-300的PID调节模块在缺少受控对象情况仿真方法进行研究,提出了使用功能块"FB41"作为调节器、功能块"FB100"作为输出反馈,实现PID闭环调节的仿真方案,通过仿真运行,能够得到与实际系统运行一致的调节曲线,该方法对PLC控制系统的测试以及PLC实验教学具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:This paper elaborates the method that Siemens PLC S7-300 PID regulator module simulates without controlled object.The method of using functional modules TB41 'as regulator and functional modules and FBlOO'as output feedback to realize the simulation program of PID closed-loop regulation are proposed. Through the running of simulation,it is possible to obtain the regulation curve which is accordant with the actual system.This method is instructive to the test of PLC control system as well as the PLC experimental teaching.
