| 摘 要： | 在高校服务社会职能的指导下,辽宁高校在自身和外延方面采取了很多措施,推动着辽宁地方经济社会的快速发展,但是同时仍然存在着诸多阻碍因素。所以辽宁高校应积极克服这些困难,实现在"贡献中求发展"。
