蓝牙温度采集监测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:采用数字温度传感器、单片机、蓝牙模块、PC机等器件设计硬件电路,整个数据采集监测系统分为上位机和下位机两部分。采用LabVIEW编程和汇编语言编程设计系统软件,实现实时数据采集监控,应用蓝牙技术进行上下位机的数据通信,由下位机的单片机电路采集到的数据以蓝牙通讯方式进行传送,从而实现对数控机床部分参数的无线测量和控制。控制系统硬件结构设计简单,并且易于修改,具有很好的可扩展性。

Abstract:It uses the digital temperature sensor, microcontroller, the module of bluetooth, PC devices such as hardware circuit design, on which the monitoring system can be divided into upper machine and lower machine. LabVIEW programming and assembly language programming are adopted to realize the monitoring of real-time data acquisition. The bluetooth technology is used to realize the data communication between the upper and lower machines. The collected information of the peripheral circuit will be transfered in bluetooth communication way, so it can realize the numerical control machine part parameters o{ the wireless measurement and control, as a result of which the structure of this system is designed to be simple in order to be modified and improved.
