摘    要:定向凝固技术是一种获得具有单一取向凝固组织材料的重要技术,尤其是对于控制高温结构材料TiAl基合金的片层取向,该技术尤为重要。介绍目前广泛应用的控制片层取向方法,并分析各种TiAl基合金片层取向控制技术的应用方法、使用条件、优点和缺点,为今后TiAl基合金的研究和新的加工技术指明方向。

Abstract:The directional solidification technology is an important technology that can obtain a solidification structure with unidirectional orientation.The technology can control the lamellar orientation of the high-temperature structural materials——TiAl-based alloys.The paper describes the methods of the controlled lamellar orientation that is used widely at present.Moreover,it detailedly introduces that the used methods,the condition,the advantage and the disadvantage for the control technology of the lamellar orientation of TiAl-based alloys.Further research directions and new processing technologies are put forward.
