| 摘 要： | 随着计算机应用水平的提高和科研管理的规范化和制度化，建立一套适用于科研院所科研管理工作的科研项目管理信息平台，已经成为各大科研院所较为迫切的需求。采用面向对象的思想设计科研项目管理系统，并在Delphi和数据库工具下实现。利用本系统能对科研项目进行规划和管理，对成本、进度和功能特性进行跟踪，在出现问题时，能够识别并及时修正。

| Abstract: | Along with the improvement of application level of computer and standardization and systematic procedure of scientific researchmanagement, it has been a pressing need for every scientific research department to set up a scientific research project management system. With Object Oriented idea it has designed and realized a scientific research project management system using Delphi and Database application development tools in this pa- per. Under this management system it can control the procedure of scientific research and follow the track of cost, schedule and function character, and may recognize and correct the errors when problems turn up. |
