数控机床蓝牙无线分布式监控系统的研究

摘    要:利用蓝牙技术建立高速无线数据链路,实现数控机床工况参数无线传输和网络通讯,以转速及温度传感器为例进行实验,设计下位机硬件电路,编写上位机程序。利用LabVIEW对STC89C52单片机采集的数控机床数据进行分析处理,并通过蓝牙技术实现二者之间的数据交换。

Abstract:It presents the foundation of high-speed wireless data link using Bluetooth technology and the realization of working parameter transmission and network communication.The lower computer hardware of speed and temperature detecting circuit and the program of upper computer is programmed.The data of NC machine tool acquired by STC89C52 MCU are analyzed and processed using LabVIEW.And both the data can be exchanged through Bluetooth technology.
