| 摘 要： | 针对历史建筑在城市改造中面临的问题,阐述历史建筑保护的重要性,结合不同要求的改造问题,基于分类处理的思想,对其中仅需内部改造的情况,将柱作视觉上的“弱化”和结构整体上的“强化”,梁则突出其独立承载及与既有砖墙的连接,使得改造后的建筑整体性能及抗震性能得到增强;对外部改扩建的情况,突出施工中既有结构的安全,推荐先施工新建结构,后拆除既有墙体的做法.对这两种情况都结合具体的工程实践给出详细的做法.对砖混历史建筑改造中基础的处理给出墩基础、组合基础和悬挑基础3种方法,并做较详细的阐述.

| Abstract: | Based on the reinforcement and reconstruction of historical buildings in the city, the importance of the protectioin of historical building is presented. According to the ideology of classification, for the building that only interior reconstruction is permitted, the columns shall be ＂weak＂ in architecture and ＂strong＂ in structure. The beams should have enough capacity and good connection with the exist structure, so the building will has a good anti-seismic performance; and for the bulling that outside reconstructioin is permitted, the salty in construction is emphasized. The existing wals that shall be removed after the new structure proves to be a good method. Both of the two situations are given with three new foundation schemes, pier foundatin, composed foundation and cantilever foundation. |
