摘    要:为了使发动机连杆在设计时质量轻、工作可靠,基于ANSYS的参数化设计语言建立发动机连杆的参数化模型,对连杆工作状况和受力情况做出合理简化;利用ANSYS的优化设计技术,在满足最大应力值约束条件下,使连杆设计参数合理组合,最终达到连杆轻量化的设计目标,同时优化后连杆的模态和谐响应分析满足设计要求.

Abstract:In order to make engine connecting rod light and reliable in design, the APDL based on ANSYS is used to establish an engine connecting rod's parameter model, which working condition and force condition are simplified. On the premise of satisfying the maximum stress value constraints, the connecting rod's design parameters are optimized to achieve the design objective light connecting rod. The results of modal analysis and harmonic response analysis can meet the design requirement.
