摘    要:企业需要通过各种有效的传播途径与方式方法,将企业文化更大范围地传播出去,使其为企业内外所认知、认同,进而将理念、精神转化为行动和习惯,确保企业文化的“落地生根”。文章就企业文化传播的意义、方式、载体、注意事项等,结合作者工作实际展开浅要分析,对基层企业文化传播工作进行探讨。

Analysis of Enterprise Culture Dissemination in the New Situation

Abstract:Enterprises need to spread the enterprise culture more widely through various effective ways and methods, makes it to be cognized, recognized by the enterprise inside and outside, and ensures the enter- prise culture "rooting". Combined with the work reality, the meaning, ways, carriers and announcements of enterprise culture dissemination are analyzed briefly, and the grass-roots enterprise culture dissemina- tion work is discussed.
