A Discussion on Radial Uniform-speed Control in Eccentric Type Cylinder Shears

The applicability of the eccentric type cylinder shears now in use is limited because of the lack of a mechanism in its design that will maintain uniform working speed of the machine. This paper discusses theoretically the adoption of such a mechanism and the principle it works on. Also, the main points of its design and calculation are summed up or given.
