| 摘 要： | 在总结国内外ITS智能交通管理发展的基础上，针对我国人多地广和地域复杂的特点以及我国ITS的现状及存在的问题，对构架我国：ITS基础信息系统进行了论述、此外，还从系统的特殊功能要求、服务方式、数据工作流程、技术路线等几个关键问题提出了一些新的见解。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes foreign and civil ITS(intelligence traffic system),and studies how to set up ITS basal information system with suits our conditions of large population and extensive land. According to the expected function and demand of system, the paper mainly studies the working flow of data, technology road, several interrelated key points and so on. |
