Study of the Effect of Substrate Material on the Performance of Self Lubricating-embedded Bearing

In this paper,a lot of experimental investigation and theoretical analyses have been conducted to study the effect of different substrate materials on the penformance of self lubricating-embedded bearing. The investigation and analyses indicate that substrate maternal has effect on the friction perfommance.and service life of this bearing as well as the transfer of solid lubricant.Therefore,the performance of this bearing can be improved greatly by the selection of suitable substrate material and lubricant for this bearing.
