回收废醋酸催化精馏过程的研究

摘    要:提出了以甲醇为反应物,使醋酸转化为醋酸甲酯。催化剂选用强酸阳离子交换树脂NKC-9,采用了波纹丝网填料填充催化剂的新型装填方式。,实验考察了醇酸进料摩尔比、回流比、进料位置,蒸汽上升流率、甲醇进料状态等因素对催化精馏过程的影响。

Abstract:The experiments for the removal of acetic acid from water were carried out in a 38mm diameter catalytic distillation column filled with a novel catalyst bed-NKC-9 sandwiched between corrugated sheets of wire gauze. The effects of the ratio of methanol to acetic acid in feeds, reflux ratio, feed location, boil-up rate, and the temperature of methanol in feeds were investigated.
