| 摘 要： | 本文研究了硅烷偶联剂包覆处理的快淬ＮｄＦｅＢ磁粉的抗氧化性、尼龙１０１０粘结ＮＮｄＦｅＢ的永磁性能和力学性能等。结果表明ＫＨ５５０包覆ＮｄＦｅＢ可改善ＮｄＦｅＢ磁粉来的抗氧化性，并可提高粘结ＮｄＦｅＢ的磁性能和压缩强度。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the oxidation resistance of magnequecl NdFeB magnetic powder with the coating treatment of silicane coupling agent, and the magnetic and mechanical properties of PA 1010 bonded NdFeB have been studied. The result shows KH550 coated NdFeB can improve the oxidation resistance of the NdFeB magnetic powder, morever, the magnetical properties and compression strength can also be improved., |
