高速铁路隧道内人员安全退避距离的研究

摘    要:我国高速铁路建设已经提上议事日程。当高速列车通过隧道时,由于强大的列车风的存在,隧道中工作人员的人身安全将面临危胁。本文在已知隧道断面平均风速时间过程极值的基础上,利用列车侧面风速剖面的简化模型,建立了隧道中人员安全退避距离与隧道断面底宽、风速标准等因素之间的关系,并据此提出了京沪高速铁路设计时隧道断面底宽和风速标准的建议值及与之对应的人员安全退避距离。

Abstract:It has been placed on the agenda to construct China's high-speed railways.When high-speed trains pass through tunnels,the strong wind caused by trains will threaten the safety of people working in tunnels.Based on the known maximum values of the section-averaged wind velocity process with time,which can be easily given by a one-dimension mathematical model,a simplified theoretical model describing the wind velocity distribution between the tunnel wall and the train boundary has been presented in this paper.In the meantime,the relationship among the safe dodging distance,the tunnel bottom width and the wind velocity standard has also been established.Finally,a rational proposal for designing of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is put forward.
