磺化聚醚砜溶度参数的确定

摘    要:采用基团贡献法对磺化聚醚砜的溶度参数分量进行了计算,得出不同磺化度条件下,磺化聚醚砜溶度参数分量的一般表达式,根据该表达式计算的结果能很好的解释实验值,并对实验中溶剂的选择具有重要的指导意义,结果表明:磺化聚醚砜随着磺化度的提高,其溶度以 分量δd变化不明显,δp分量级慢增加而δh明显提高,磺化产物的溶解区域向高δh方向移动。同时计算了砜基和三取代苯基的基团贡献值Fdi,Fpi和Ehi。

Abstract:The solubility parameters of sulfonated Polyethersulfone(SPES) are estimated and the general mathematic formulations at different degrees of sulfonation are susgested.The results indicate that as the introduction of sulfonic acid group in the molecular chain of SPES and the degrees of sulfonation increase,the solubility area of SPES moves toward high hydro-component(δh),the polar component (δp) also increases smoothly.However the change of the dispersive component(δd) can be neglected.This result is very important for the selection of solvents and the exploitation of SPES in industry.The Group contribution factors of sulfic group and phenyl are also calcuated.The estimated results of solubility parameters are in good accordance with the experimental results.
