摘    要:复杂产品的概念设计是用户、设计者、制造者、产品经理等多利益相关者参与的过程。为了支持多利益相关者参与的产品概念设计过程,基于多利益相关者的协商特点,建立了多利益相关者的产品概念设计过程模型,结合试验设计、响应面构建和数值寻优算法,提出了多利益相关者一致性协商方法,并制定了协商一致性条件不满足时的调整策略。最后以自助式轮椅概念设计中功能一致性协商过程为例,说明了该方法的具体应用。

Abstract:Complex product conceptual design is a process involving multi-stakeholder, such as consumers, designers, manufacturers, product managers and so on. In order to support multi-stakeholder involved product conceptual design, a conceptual design process was established based on the the negotiation characteristics of multi-stakeholder. Combined with experimental design, response surface construction and numerical optimization algorithm,a consistency negotiation method for multi-stakeholder was proposed, and when the consistency negotiation conditions cannot be met, the related adjustment strategies were putward Finally from negotiation process of function consistency an example of self-help wheelchair was given to illustrate the application of this method.
