摆动活齿传动内齿圈齿形求解新方法

摘    要:把齿轮啮合原理应用于摆动活动齿传动分析,计算出了摆动活齿传动中激波器偏心凸轮与活齿的啮合点的坐标,活齿与内齿圈啮合点的坐标,然后求出活齿传动的啮合曲线,内齿圈的齿形曲线,为内齿圈齿形的求解和加工提供了一种新方法,结果表明,理论齿形与实际齿形相符。

Abstract:Gear engagement principle is used in swing movable teeth drive. The coordinates of engagement points between eccentric gear and movable tooth, and coordinates of engagement points between movable tooth and internal gear are calculated.Based on the calculation,the engagement curves of swing movable drive system and the gear curve of internal gear are calculated. Then a new method of calculating and manufacturing the gear curve of internal gear is put forward.The result shows that the theoristical gear curve is the same as the practical gear curve.
