摘    要:针对泥沙运动力学经典理论体系与天然山区河流推移质运动存在显著差异的若干基本问题,开展山区流域沙量补给条件变化下,山区河流河床调整与突变响应机理研究。揭示了泥沙补给条件对非均匀卵石起动、输移的影响特征和卵石沙量补给与山区河流沙波形成、碍航机理;探索了泥沙补给变化下陡坡河道水沙运动奇异特征和宽窄相间漫滩复式航槽河床突变响应现象。采用水沙错峰、水沙分离等集结降阶技术手段调控洪峰时段成灾河段卵石沙量补给条件,是山洪泥沙灾害致灾风险降阶防控的核心。

Abstract:Based on the analysis and discussions of mountainous watershed sediment supply conditions, mountain river channel adjustment and mutation mechanism of response, the results reveal the recharge conditions of sediment of non-uniform gravel starting, the transport characteristics and influence of sand pebbles recharge and mountain, river sand formation, hindering navigation mechanism, at the same time, and provide the variation of sediment supply steep rivers of water and sediment movement characteristic singular and width and white floodplain compound navigation channel bed mutations in response to the phenomenon. The build-up of water and sediment peak, separation of water and sand, reduced order control peak period disaster river sand and pebble recharge conditions, flood and sediment disasters caused by disaster risk of descending order prevention and control of the core.
