橡胶水泥土强度特性与机理的试验研究

摘    要:为了改良水泥土,提出将土、橡胶粉、水泥等强制搅拌形成新型水泥土复合体-橡胶水泥土(RCS).通过对橡胶水泥土应力-应变曲线、无侧限抗压强度的试验测试,得到了水泥掺量、橡胶粉掺量、橡胶粉粒径等因素对橡胶水泥土强度的影响并分析了内在机理.橡胶水泥土的应力-应变曲线发展基本经历弹性、弹塑性及塑性3个阶段,峰值应变高于水泥土.橡胶水泥土强度随着水泥掺量的增大而提高,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而降低;粒径对橡胶水泥土强度的影响与水泥掺量有关,可能存在最优粒径问题.试验表明橡胶粉在水泥土中充当软性弹性体的作用,能够缓和内部原生裂纹的发生与扩展,因而改善和提高水泥土的塑性变形性能.
