塑料粘结钕铁硼的热稳定性研究

摘    要:本文研究国产快淬钞铁硼粘结磁体的热稳定性,包括100℃长时间时效,短时不同温度时效及温度循环对粘结钕铁硼磁损失的影响并同美国MQP-B磁体的稳定性进行了比较,结果表明国产M4磁粉比MQP-B粉具有较好的热稳定性,M2磁粉热稳定性较差,另外通过预先稳定化处理的方法可改善粘结钕铁硼的热稳定性。

Abstract:The stability of temperature-time of NdFeB bonded magnet has been studied.The result shows NdFeB magnetic power M4 in China has better stability of temperature than MQP-B in American and NdFeB magnetis power M2 in China has.worse stability of temperature than MQP-B in American. besides,The stability of tomperature of NdFeB bonded magnet is raised by Prestability.
