PET膜材料表面接枝RGDG四肽的研究

摘    要:通过光化学反应首先引入短肽的接口-氨基,并对引入氨基的影响因素进行了正交设计,以找出各因素的影响程度。活化氨基后采用固相肽合成的技术将RGDG四肽引入到材料表面。通过SEM证实了材料表面有氨基及短肽的引入。结合XPS的相关数据,计算出材料表面短肽的接枝率为0.152%。

Abstract:To graft peptide RGDG onto the PET film surface, the peptide's adapter amido was introduced by the ultraviolet (UV) irradiation method. After activating the amido group, the tetra peptide RGDG was grafted onto the PET film surface by the solid phase peptide synthesis . The affect factor was investigated by the ortho design method, and the affect grade were founded. The SEM confirmed the amido group and the RGDG were introduced to the PET film surface successfully. According the XPS data, the grafting rate was calculated 0.152%.
