中小型水电站取水防沙的水工与河工综合设计

摘    要:针对我国中小型水电站首部枢纽取水防沙工程布置及水库运行调度的一些技术问题,通过一个具体的水工泥沙模型的试验实例,研究从河流工程设计和水工建筑物优化布置两方面着手,并综合考虑水库经济合理的泄放规则,使调水调沙紧密结合,以协调河道造床作用、冲沙、发电与防洪等相互之间的矛盾,积极探索有利于库区防洪、闸前防淤、闸下防冲和满足引水发电及枢纽安全要求的措施,最终达到引水冲沙效果好,工程量又最小之目的。

Abstract:In accordance with some technological problems of head hydroproject of water diversion and sand prevention and reservoir operation in middle-small water power station,this paper presents a comprehensive design combining the hydroproject layout with the river regulation.Through a real example about hydraulic sediment model experiment,the rules of the reservoir operation have been sythetic studied and the contradictions between water relaese and sand flushing,between flood control and power generation have been coordinated.The results show that the comprehensive design make for flood control of reservoir,sidement prevention of gate upstream,scouring prevention of gate downstream as well as safty of hydroproject,and that the effects of water diversion and sand prevention are good and the project cost also decreases.
