A Brief Discussion on Administration of People-centered Community

This paper discusses the necessity of establishing people-centered community administration.To build up a harmonious community,it is believed that humans should be regarded as the subject for the governing of the community.Then the development and diversity of human's needs also should be taken into consideration.Community planning should be oriented to human beings.The construction of community culture should be emphasized,and the residents' enthusiasm should be encouraged.The criteria for successful community administration should be based on the level of the residents' satisfaction.
