| 摘 要： | 夯实阅读基础、掌握阅读技能是大学生全面提高阅读理解水平的两个重要方面。离开阅读基础,犹如无根之木、无源之水;缺少阅读技能,恰似一堆枯木、一潭死水。两者缺一不可,相互依存。作者正是从两者的辨证关系中解答了如何打好阅读基础和如何掌握阅读技能的方法及步骤,在教学实践中是切实可行的。

| Abstract: | Setting up a solid base in reading and mastering reading skills are two important aspects for college students to improve their reading comprehension.The two aspects are interrelated and each cannot function without the other.From the dialectical relations between the two aspects, the author answers how to set up a good reading base and how to master reading skills .It is feasible in teaching practice. |
