| 摘 要： | 面对世界及我国的人口老龄化,通过对老年人的行为变化特点及我国人口老龄化具有发展快、人口数量大、超前于经济发展等特点的分析,提出了适合我国现阶段的以家庭养老为主、社会养老为辅的养老模式.并对在这种养老模式下,居住区的住宅和户外活动空间的无障碍设计做出一些设计探讨.

| Abstract: | Facing the aging of population all over the world,through analyzing the characteristics of fast development,large population and transcending economic development,this article discusses the current welfare model for the old.We should rely mainly on looking after the old by families supplemented by the society.Under this model,the non-obstructive design of indoor and outdoor space in the residential area is also discussed here. |
