| 摘 要： | 从振动模态分析理论入手,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了微波幅度均衡器的前8阶振动频率和振型,分析了均衡器产生机械失效损伤的应力分布。同时,找到了振动引起均衡器相位噪声,从而影响电参数性能的原因。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of vibration modal analysis,up to 8 natural vibration frequencies and their mode shapes were calculated with ANSYS finite element analysis software.Their stress distributions of some modes,where micro-crack are formed easily to make microwave equalizer invalidation,were analyzed also.And,the reasons of phase noise,which influence the electric parameter characters of equalizer,induced by random vibration of the equalizer were explained. |
