基于Adaline的吊车动态称重方法研究

摘    要:吊车在起吊过程中对所吊物体称重时,采集到的数据与重量本身相差较大,目前吊车动态称重的精度是系统设计的一个难题。文章提出了一种基于人工神经网络自适应线性神经元Adaline的吊车动态称重数据处理的噪声自适应对消方法,用于解决因运动产生的数据采集不准的问题,在提高吊车称重精度方面进行了一些有益的探讨。

Abstract:Improving measurement accuracy of a dynamic crane weighing system is hard work,because the sampling data is obviously different from the real weight when the weighing is at the moment the crane is hanging heavy object in motion. A method of signal processing to data of a dynamic crane weighing system with noise inhibit algorithm based on Adaline of artificial neural networks is presented in this paper,which can solve this problem and improve measurement accuracy of dynamic hanging weighting system significantly.
